You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return and/or exchange.

Return fees

If you have additional products that you want to return, a shipping fee of AED 20 / order (order from UAE) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Terms of return and exchange

If you receive damaged/defective/wrong items, please contact Rx Sport Shop Customer Service for assistance as soon as possible.

1. Modify one piece with another one only.
2. Returned products must be unused with the original package, and we do not accept returns for used, damaged or washed products.
3. The following products cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, sexy lingerie, and swimwear.
4. Products marked "Non-Returnable", "Super Sale", "Promotional Product Cannot Be Returned", as well as free gifts, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important note

1. We do not accept products that have been returned without a proper return request.
2. Please double check your return order and products before we ship them out. We will not be responsible for returns of products that are not from RX sport.
3. If the quantity of products to be returned does not match the actual quantity returned, the courier may refuse to receive the products.
4. Please do not send the return package to the address shown on the package received which is not our return address and will affect the return processing.

Your order will be processed within 5 days once we receive your return parcel.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment account.

note:

1. Refunds are for returned products only, other charges such as insurance, shipping fees, and COD service fees are not refundable.
2. Note: If you have a problem with the return, please contact customer service within 180 days of placing your order.
